Rebecca Berrebi is the Co-CEO of Litigation Finance Advisors, LLC (“LFA”), a strategic, experienced and independent advisory for litigants, law firms and investors. At LFA, Rebecca helps clients structure and secure optimal financing solutions for complex legal matters. Her extensive experience as a broker, litigation funder and transactional attorney allows Rebecca to service clients with both legal acumen and keen business insight.
Prior to her work at LFA, Rebecca was the CEO of Avenue 33, LLC, a litigation finance consultancy, and the Head of Corporate Affairs at a litigation funder where she served on many company boards and committees. Rebecca graduated from Duke University, after which she worked in the political affairs and public relations industry. She later obtained her law degree from Benjamin N. Cardoso School of Law and practiced as a private equity M&A lawyer at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and at a global private equity fund.
