Eric K. Schuller is President of the Alliance for Responsible Consumer Legal Funding (ARC), the national trade association for companies providing consumer legal funding, where he leads government affairs and regulatory initiatives nationwide. He serves on the Advisory Board of the Dispute Financing Library at NYU School of Law and chairs the Public Outreach Committee of the State Government Affairs Council (SGAC), having also worked closely with CSG, NCSL, AGA, and NAAG. A retired U.S. Army and National Guard veteran with 23 years of service in intelligence and military police operations, Mr. Schuller previously led Operation Homefront Illinois, supported military veterans and former NFL players through After the Impact Fund, and served on the staff of the Illinois Lieutenant Governor. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
