Ms. Raymond is Senior Director of Acquisitions at RPX Corporation, where she evaluates pre-litigation patent portfolios and negotiates to secure license rights for RPX members. In addition, Ms. Raymond develops strategic intelligence for RPX and its member companies, with a particular focus on IP finance and policy.
Recognized in the IAM Strategy 300 over the past four years, Ms. Raymond is a sought-after speaker on the subject of IP finance, including the effects of third-party litigation funding, IP-backed debt financing, and insurance on the practice of patent monetization.
Before joining RPX, Ms. Raymond served in various litigation support roles in-house and at Winston & Strawn LLP and Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Prior to turning her attention to the field of law, Ms. Raymond enjoyed a career as a professional ballet dancer and teacher.
Ms. Raymond holds a BA in Philosophy from New York University and is currently studying Government at Johns Hopkins University’s Bloomberg Center in Washington, DC.
